When is the Best Time?

The best time for trekking in the Everest Region means the time of the year with clear views and favorable weather and temperature for trekking. In Nepal, especially in the Everest Region, Autumn and Spring seasons are considered the most favorable time for trekking.

The Autumn season starts from September and ends in November. This time of the year is neither too hot nor freezing cold. The cold wind from the winter will slowly start hitting you, but this makes the season-best for trekking.

The nights are a bit cold but the weather is mostly clear providing you the best views. Also, the trees start changing colors and the vibrant colored leaves rustling in the wind paves your path during your trek.

Another favorable time for the Everest View Trek is Spring. The springtime starts in Nepal from March and ends in May. With the spring season bringing new beginnings, you will be able to catch much exotic flora and fauna on your trek. With clear weather, the views will be just as great. The green lush forests and the Rhododendron paving your way will make your trek a lot brighter and memorable.

You can also trek in the winter as long as it is not in December. Trekking in February will be fun for people who want to see the mountains covered in snow. Another attraction of this trek in the winter is the snow capped trees along the way.

Trekking in summer is not recommended as there are chances of landslides and difficulties during your trek in the summer. As the summer in Nepal is combined with monsoon season, it gets hard to trek in the Everest Region due to the chances of slipping and other difficulties.

Ho Much Everest View Trek Cost?

The total cost of the Everest View Trek varies based on the facilities you use and the ones you demand. However, as per the standard Everest View Trekking itinerary, the total cost of the Everest View Trekking per person is USD 1145.

Fantastic 6 days in the cold Everest region

I went on an Everest view trekking in a cold December weather. The trek was short and easy so I did not have any difficulties completing the trek. All in all this trek was more relaxed and easier but cold might be an issue during this season.

Namche Bazar is a very beautiful high land situated at 3440 m surrounded by beautiful mountains. Tengboche was another beautiful settlement at the height of 3870m. It is the cultural and religious center of Khumbu region where many beautiful monasteries lie.

Mr Subash organized every aspect of the trek so perfectly and thank-you to the friendly guides and porters for making my trip successful.

Skeptical Himalayan views and Khumbu region a true wonderland!

As I was always passionate about travel and a snowy-mountain lover, I decided to do Everest Panorama trek in the fall of 2019. Probably not the best season to travel, still the trek was doable and I got to see a clear view of mountains like Lhotse, Thamserku, Ama Dablam, and other eight-thousanders along with the highest of mountains, Mt. Everest.

Encountering the culture and lifestyle of local sherpa inhabitants was an amazing experience for me. I was immensely pleased by the rivers, gorges and snowy mountains rising up in the clear blue sky while trekking from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. During this whole trek, a spiritual sensation I got in Tengboche Monastery and blessing from Rinpoche residing in the monastery is something I need to mention.

Mr. Nawang Dorge Sherpa, a trained professional guide from the Khumbu region guided me during this trek. He shared many amazing experiences he had, working as a guide and without him, it wouldn’t have been the same. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
